Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have up to 14 calendar days from the date you received an item to make a return and refund request where the item is not subject to the conditions of a return and refund under our buyer protection and trade assurance policy. To be eligible for a return under our return and refund policy, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item(s) must be in the original packaging together with all accessories and have the receipt or proof of purchase. To return and request a refund,
- Log in to your account on MyCarthouse.com,
- Go to “Orders” in your dashboard,
- Select “Refund” under the specific order you wish to request a refund for,
- Fill in all the details, and submit your return and refund request.
Once your item(s) is/are received by the seller/supplier, it/they will be inspected. You will receive notification that your returned item(s) has/have been received. You will immediately be notified of the status of your refund after the item has been inspected.
If your return is approved, the seller will initiate a refund to your card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 30 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies or the payment method used.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item(s) where the reason for the return is not due to an error on the part of the seller. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Kindly note that the 14 days given to request a return and refund does not take away your right to hold the seller further accountable in situations where the purchased product/service has an additional warranty, or to hold the seller further accountable under the consumer protection laws of your country.
In the case where you are unable to reach an agreement with the seller, you may submit a dispute before the expiration of the 14 days following your receipt of the item. We will investigate, mediate, and resolve the dispute as appropriate, following our policies and rules.
